What does our lifetime warranty cover? Our lifetime warranty covers what we deem unlikely to happen to your Caruso Napoli jewelry.

What does it include?

• Fading or Discoloration : We will replace any piece that exhibits fading or discoloration.
• Accidental Breakage : We will replace your jewelry in the event of accidental breakage.
• Scratches : We will replace your pendant or jewelry if it gets scratched.

How to claim the warranty? To claim the warranty, send a photo of the damaged part to supporto @carusonapoli .com , including the order number. We will evaluate your request and proceed with the replacement of the part or with the issuance of a voucher.

Options for Out of Stock Items: If the product covered by the warranty is no longer available, we offer the following options:

1. Voucher : Issuance of a voucher of equivalent value to the original item.
2. Similar Item Replacement : Replacement with another item of similar value and quality.
3. Waiting List : Adding the item to a waiting list if future production is planned.

Conditions and Limitations

• The warranty covers only unexpected defects and does not apply to lost, stolen, intentionally damaged or third-party damaged parts.
• Photographic evidence of damage is required to validate the warranty.
• We reserve the right to refuse claims in case of abuse of the warranty policy.

Exclusion for Improper Use

• Spring Bracelets and Tennis Bracelets : These items are not covered by the lifetime warranty. For spring bracelets we offer a standard 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. For tennis bracelets, we only cover damage that occurs during shipping, with a claim possible within 14 days of receipt, as required by Italian law on the right of withdrawal.
